    I have failed to use my camera on my 9900 since I got it about 4 months ago. Error message I get is that can't start camera close other applications and try opening again. I have tried upgrading to 7.1.0.569 but still getting same error. Please help!

    No warranty thought an upgrade would work as camera was working when I got it

    Try to reinstall the OS if it does not work the possibility of damage is in the hardware.
