I bought the sweet BB Music Gateway and discovered that my AT&T Bold 9900 doesn't have turning on my NFC as an option. Is AT&T blocking that functionality? Will AT&T ever release 7.1?

Just download a different official 7.1 Os, I haven't used Rogers since it came on the device.

AT&T's crap with updates. Download a different OS, search your system for a file called Vendor.XML, delete all of them, connect your 9900 to Desktop manager and install it. Voil�! You now have 7.1 on your 9900 with all it's improvements (NFC included).
