Recently downloaded an update for my Verizon 9930 and now the BBM Icon is gone from my folders and the switch application screen. It still shows on my application list, both on my Options and App World. It won't allow me to delete and reinstall. I've obviously clicked on Show all Icons. Been to the webpage to download. Any other suggestions?

Options->Host Routing Table->menu->Register Now

Setup->Email Accounts->Internet Email Accounts->menu->Service Books->Send Service Books

Wait a couple minutes for everything to send, then do a battery pull.

Not suer if this is your issue or not, but RIM actually has a kb article for this issue. Usually needs to be reinstalled. According to them anyways.

I deleted the first install rebooted and went to app world and re installed. Took a little longer than I liked but BBM is back..
