just Installed, OS seems smoother so far. In fairness all new OS updates seem that way to me at first though. Have not noticed any changes so far. I will keep an eye out for differences, and watch battery life over next few days.
Incredible to watch all these official releases and still AT&T 9860s sit on 7.0 with no official release of 7.1. I'll probably upgrade to a BB10 phone by the time they release it.
Looks good so far. Everything seems snappier, but its always the case when loading a new OS. Had poor battery life with the previous version leaked. Hopefully this one will be better
Good so far, faster and smoother than the previous ones. The device available space is bigger than the last OS (318 mb vs. 301 mb with all the same apps). Battery life seems poorer but I have to test it in these days.
Does anyone know if the voice problem with ATT has been fixed in this release?
@superkaos,
if you are referring to the Mic problem while making a call with ATT , it is not a problem with the OS , I have been using .523 and have no MIC problem .
Actually , I did have a Mic problem, because I installed a beta app called Viber , and not just a Mic problem, I also get a lot of random reboot .
So check your apps first , but I can assure you .523 is stable and no mic problem with ATT .
I will try to update to this OS, when I have time
Thank you wtfdc. I was referring to the MIC problem. I will try this update as well and report back. I do not think I have any bad apps. Any idea which one may cause it?
I haven't seen any reason yet to update beyond that. Waiting to see if any of these updates are going to include any new features at all, but it isn't looking like that is going to be the case.
Well it has application resource monitor which prompt you if there any app that draining your battery. I think .402 not have it. But there's BlackBerry device analyzer in .402 that can provide us a graphic about battery draining. That was what I missed in .532
I installed on ATT 9860 and looks to still have the Microphone problem. I did a fresh device wipe before installing. When dialing out, the other person can not hear. Argh! If anyone knows how to fix, please chime in. Otherwise, back to a prior version.

You can still access it by typing "??5*" with the quote in the advanced system settings. It will then give you a new option for the device analyzer
