Hey guys I've downloaded the Crackberry forums app on my 9700 bold and it opens up displaying the CB logo and the displays a white screen with the spinning indicator and then it just closes

Any help?

Before all else try a battery pull. With the phone turned on remove the battery. Wait about 60 seconds and restore the battery. If the issue persists return for more assistance.

If this doesn't work...

Uninstall then reinstall after a reboot.

1.Uninstall
2.Delete crackberry folder located on your SDCard or Memory
3.Reboot
4.Install

Sorry to hear you're having problems. I found it easier just to put a bookmark to m.crackberry.com on my homescreen. Or if you have quicklaunch you can add a launcher key to the site. Two clicks and I'm here. Hope you get it sorted out.

I'm using the mobile site on my browser for now
And buying something in app world is not supported in south africa so we can't buy stuff like quicklaunch or tapatalk

You can buy QuickLaunch directly from NikkiSoft using credit card/paypal/echeck at nikkisoft.com

Yeah, if you can get QuickLaunch, I highly recommend it. I've had it on all my bbs and don't know what I'd do without it. One of the best apps ever!

So I bought Tapatalk earlier and it works fine with the crackberry forums next to be bought is Quicklaunch =D
