    Not getting any service. sim card is working in other blackberrys. i have tried many battery pulls and updated firmware

    is this device locked to the same carrier as your SIM Card? Is it unlocked? Which carrier are you with?

    If you can post as much info as you know, hopefully someone can point you in the right direction
