Hi guys! I'm having 2 problems with my bold 9000. 1st is not being able to connect my phone to my PC. 2nd is not being able to connect to BIS after paying for the service on VodafoneSA.
I recently upgraded to Os v.5.0.0.822.....a downgrade from Os v5.0.0.1079 because I wanted to get BIS to work on my Bold 9000 with no luck. My carrier technicians have failed to find why my phone isn't accepting service books, or registering via Host Routing Table.
Then I realised I have a default IT policy that's enabled with a lock on it. So I want to restore to factory defaults by.....apploader/resettofactory....option from my pc. But as soon as I plug my phone to my pc is says "USB not recognised or is malfunctioning". I tried uninstalling the DM, I changed usb cables....still no luck.
Can anyone help me with these 2 problems,
1. Connecting phone to pc.
2. Getting BIS services to work.

Tried to do that, but when I connect my phone to the pc it says usb device not recognised. But when I connect my phone on a Mac it reads the device memory? Don't knw why windows isn't recognising my phone.
