    I think problem isn't releated with OS. Try to speak with customer service of your carrier.

    if you have a 9850 update profile and prl in network options....for both 9850/9860 resend service books in host routing table and/or email setup, there's a lot of threads on this topic already

    then battery pull, just needs to re-establish connection with bis, not an os problem

    Goofy that this is necessary but this is the resolution I found to work as well.
