Try checking for updates from your device. My 9900 found v7.1.0 Bundle 1310. With the Desktop Manager, there doesn't seem to be any updates found.

I'd first recommend you back-up and sync up BEFORE even checking for the update from your device.

bah, they were too slow, updated my 9810 with a leaked version a while ago.

I am not one to chirp, but Rogers really let me down with how long it took them to come out with a update.

Supposed to be one of the leading Nationwide carriers, and MTS came out with a update before them, how does that make sense.....end pointless rant!

yeah just got my update when I was checking out my girlfriends new 9900 i bought her. I decided to upgrade the gf's then tried mine and saw 7.1 was out! Rogers usually is the last carrier to dish out new OS updates and thats a fact.

I prefer to update from desktop manager. It's really odd that my device tells me there is an update available by my most up to date desktop manager doesn't find it. Any suggestions on how to do it via desktop manager and not over wifi? I prefer to be plugged into my desktop before doing o/s updates.

Been following this post for a while now... surprised that the 9810 update is not yet available for 7.1 from Rogers ?
What happened ? did they forget ? afterall they have the OS from RIM, they just have to release it !
Tempted to download the released version from another Carrier.... or even a leaked, but wanted to see what Rogers may come up with on their own.

I am still waiting for the 7.1 update for my 9860. Like usual it seems Rogers is last or not going to release it. Not surprised.

What does this update provide? I'm sure there are stuff they dont want us to know for security reasons but there must be some info they can tell us.

Yesterday DM said a new update was available so I installed it. However it is now showing that I have bundle 921 7.1.0.267 and not .391 which is the latest Rogers release. Checking from my phone says I now have the latest version.

Any ideas and what's going on? Did Rogers do a rollback on their 7.1 release?

Finally eh! Unfortunately I'm currenty working out of town and I didn't bring my labtop if only I can hook up my 9900 to my playbook eh lol

I updated my Bold last week and I am using quick pull does anyone find that with the update is that my memory has dropped drastically

before the update I would have about 130MB before the pull and after it would be back up to 150

with the update its dropped down from 33mb before the pull and back up t 77ish mb before the pull

Options>> Device>> Software Updates it should give you the option to install the update

.391 was the last. Is it now .402 ?
