games will drive sales, which increases user base, which gets other devs interested, who develop apps, which pleases the owners, who tell their friends, who buy playbook, who buy apps, which pleases devs, who develop apps, which drive sales.....and ultimimately will get the media onside.
Tech journos are not interested in which is the best product, they just want to please their readers.
I only need 2 apps on the playbook. Skype and MAYBE netflix. I just love using the browser while bridged. Games, however, can't really be played on the browser because oh well..they need to use multi-touch and other stuff ;3
I actually directly tweeted RIM asking if/when they can start bringing in some of the big names from the other platforms to the tablet. Feels as if they heard me.
