Hello, I am a new owner of a 9930 on the sprint network and my previous phone was the style 9630 and it had visual voicemail (where you never have to call your voicemail, it just downloads the voicemail and you can play, pause, rewind, and send your voicemails as you please) one thing I noticed is that my new 9930 has no visual voicemail.... anybody have any idea of a way to get it back?
