I have seen some pretty good rates on some of the discount carriers where the BlackBerry service was only ten dollars a month on top of the regular cellular service.04-09-12 08:18 PMLike 0

I had to call Telus and complain about why my friends on the same plan has 200 min and I only have 100 min to get them to increase my min to 200!
And as a student I am not happy. These days you can't even go to a first year class without a smartphone. The professors use these systems where you have to use an app to send your answers.Last edited by mss-ca; 04-09-12 at 09:13 PM.
04-09-12 09:09 PMLike 0 - I just took the plunge on ebay for a Bold 9900 on ebay. I will be on T-Mobile with the $30 100min 5gb plan. With $10 dollars extra for BIS/BES, it would nice to have a full functional BB device for $40 a month. I'm hoping Wifi Calling works so i can save my minutes when i'm at home.04-09-12 09:34 PMLike 0

I'm very happy with my plan. I swap interchangeably between my iPhone 4S and 9900 freely with no hitches.04-10-12 12:39 AMLike 0 - I keep 3 cell phone lines (2 Canadian and 1 US) and I don't come anywhere near $285. I have data, BIS and all sorts of calling plans on all the plans. You seriously need to considering getting a separate line for the US and have your Canadian line forward while you're in the States.04-10-12 12:42 AMLike 0
