I am trying to register on blackberry.com/go/vzw.com. When I enter in my PIN and ESN, it says the Pin is already registered, but do not remember registering, at least on that web site. I tried logging in using my email and password but no go. Did it register when I purchased the phone?

I had the same problem. Did you create an account from "Email Settings" on your Blackberry first? You need to do that before you can log into Verizons BIS.
