Inquiring minds want to know. Until we have a definitive answer there's no harm in asking. And btw, instead of trolling the thread if you had simply ignored it then it would likely go away. But no, you guys couldn't help but come into a thread you obviously don't like and cry about it.

Believe it or not... Even I had the same though yesterday. So visited Skype's forum on the official website but to my horror not even once has a. Moderator replied to a similar topic..
So the answer to your question is Not Soon..
Skype shouldn't be a judgment point for playbook... It's just like another app. If developers at Skype dont feel like developing an app for playbook then it's they who are at loss... Because eventually apps like fring would take its place and then they would realize the mistake that they made...
In today's world it's a necessity to develop multi platform apps...
