    Anyone know how to fix this? Tried battery pulls and resending service books. Don't want to call att b/c 9 of 10 they don't know what they're talking about. Any help would be awesome.

    Yeah I did that too but it had a buttload of of things that said something like cingular[some numbers]. Didn't seem to help.

    That's what that area is supposed to look like. If you have done all those things, then it is time that you call your carrier and askthem to check your provisioning.

    Go to att's website,
    And go to mobile and then support, log in, go to online chat, and then just ask them, that's what I did and it not only fixed the mms problem but also not being able to watch youtube
