I recently experienced an almost two day black out on receiving any emails or having internet access with my Black Berry Storm2. This happened every time I would either soft boot or even after about a dozen or more hard boots. I would get a black screen saying "Access failed due to uncaught exception..........." Can anyone tell me what an uncaught exception is and why it would happen over and over and over again? Very infrequently I would have this situation but one hard reboot and the situation was gone. The only thing the phone would do would be act like a phone and not a smart one!! The Verizon people told me it was due to problems at Black Berry on their servers and there have been issues like this ever since the major crash they had???

It means bad OS. Restore and reinstall. If that doesn't work, throw it in the trash and buy something Non-RIM.
