Little modding hiccup while trying to consolidate three similar threads into one... they all accidentally got removed. Our bad. No worries. We'll start this up again. Apologies to original posters..don't take offense!
As the subject suggests, OS 4.6.0.147 for the Bold is now OUT THERE on the interwebs to be found with a little searching.
I've been running it for over 24 hours now. Seems to be yet another step up from .134.
So far I'm finding...
- battery life seems better (sweet!)
- device stability overall is improved
- talked to others who were having 3G dropped called issues (i've been lucky on that) and this build seems to have fixed that up a bit
- browser is maybe a bit better (could be dreaming that), but still a LONG ways to go on my issues (not solved for me anyways...think that's a long term project at this point).
gone are the days where id go months between an upgrade... here we go again, lasted a week this time! Hope it makes wireless a tad more reliable. on 134 i didnt have 3g dropping... hope that remains. loading now!
I'm pretty much on par with Kevins thoughts on it..my 3G calling is better then it was...battery last at least 2 hours longer then it did on 3G..and I'm maintaining steady at 32MB of memory, with a tonne of apps loaded.
AIM, Yahoo, Google Talk, Twitter Berry, Amaze GPS, Opera Mini, SnapScreen, Google Maps, MSN,Viigo,CB launcher and a bunch of other web launchers.
I downloaded the OS and I dont even have a BOLD. I hear .134 is suppose to be At&t's final release so it will need to be upgraded right out of the box. Wish I had a BOLD!

This OS still hasnt resolved the 3G issue i've been having.
Initially I have 3G (with the BB logo next to it) and all works (BBM, email, PIN etc...) however, after a few minutes, or using an app such as Opera Mini, i lose the BB logo next to 3G and all PIN, emails etc stop working.
If i try send service books while on 3G (with no logo) i dont receive them ...
well I can tell you that its faster and the browser is faster its not your imagination kevin hahah things really seem zippy, so far the only thing I think tat I may be imagining things on is the track ball, its seems faster or more responsive
all things internet and accessibility are blazing fast
no errors as far as I can see after install..more later will put to work
on 2 bars EDGE loaded crackberry blog under 29 seconds
So far I am having a problem with Blackberry Browser and Vodafone Live, when I try to access webpages it just says loading at the bottom of the screen.
It even does this if I am using hotspot browser.
Anyone else exprienced this issue?
Sorted it took out the Battery and put back in all sorted!!
