    hi,
    my mrs playbook was runnng ok until i upgraded to os2, after doing it most things inc the web browser refuse to open.
    so how do i do a reset as if it were a new one with os2 installed & hopefully everything working.

    Tap the gear in the upper right corner and go to SECURITY then SECURITY WIPE.

    This will reset the PlayBook back to out of the box. Once it restarts it will upgrade to the latest OS. You will also have to reinstall any apps you had or want.
