    Hi
    I noticed that this morning I am not getting my native email on my bb playbook
    The email does come in my hotmail ok on the playbook
    I have gone to my accounts and sync. My email accounts
    Any suggestions

    So are you saying Hotmai through the Native client is fine but another account is not? Is it an Exchange Active Sync Account? I have my exchange active sync account periodically stop sync'ing but it is corrected with a reboot for some reason.

    I am new to the bb playbook so bare with me
    One of the apps on the pb is hotmail
    When I go to hotmail all the new emails are present
    When I go to mail at the top of the PB , (resident email ) ther are no new emails nor indication of new emails as shown by the flashing led
    It was working fine until today
    I could look at my emails by either method
    I went to mail "help " and it said to go to accounts and make sure that it was syn.
    I did this and rebooted with no results

    Check to be sure you are on WiFi. Or that your phone is bridged.

    Sounds like when you see them you are doing it through the browser instead of the native email client.

    The help file is telling you to go to your email account (Swipe from top bezel, select accounts and then select your Hotmail account). Sync email should be on there. You could also go to advanced settings and make sure Push is on.
