if you got a android phone you can,
1.first download astro file manager,
2.then download the app you want in the market,
3-launch astro file manager,
4.click on backup applications
5.go in astro file manager up to the file /sdcard/backup
6. select your file by holding it and then select copy
7. go trough your sd card ext and then paste.
8. now you got your apk on your sd card you can copy it to your pc.
