why r the icons disappearing on my playbook about half of them disappear and the when i restart the BB playbook they come back for a hour then disappear again i have the new o/s installed
had the same issue and was convinced there was something wrong with the O/S. Called RIM tech support and they suggested to do a security wipe and then he put me on hold for 2 minutes. While I was on hold, I discovered by accident that the icons were below the ones I could see (as well as on a second page of apps which I did know already). Try scrolling down on the first page to see the rest of your apps. It may be a little tricky at first but once you figure out how to navigate the app page, its ridiculously easy.
