Just like the title states, when im on a call the call waiting tone is sooo quit i hardly ever hear it. Is there an increase volume option or at least to make it a double tone instead of a single tone option?

Im almost positive my old Blackberry storm was louder then this. Sucks missing calls expecially when its related for business. Never the less seems like a strange flaw to me.

I do not think so, unfortunately when you upgrade to 7.1 the volume goes way down. i hate it, it is low even on speaker phone.
