Just received this notice today. I signed up for the 5GB data plan, which put me into a two year contract. I travel often in places T-Mobile does not provide service so now I have to pay for this plan (plus even more now) and not get what was agreed upon when entering into the contract. This ability that allows companies to change terms after a contract is agreed upon needs to stop. If they want to change then it should not effect contracts already in place.

Aren't you allowed to back out of a mobile contract if the terms changed with not ETF charged?
