- Greetings all:
Kindly confirm if I'm doing something wrong while trying to configure my e-mail.
I went to Mail/SetUp now/Email,Calendar and Contacts/
Typed my e-mail address and password and got the following message:
"Unable to find connection information. Please use advanced setup."
After that, following some instructions given on some threads, I checked on Outlook the mail address information and on the Playbook went to Advance Setup/Pop, completed the fields marked with an *.
It starts searching for something and after that gives me a "Verify the Certificate", which I accepted and after that I got the following message:
"The server for account [my e-mail info] can't be reached. The settings might be incorrect or the server could be temporarily offline. Check your settings and try again.
I must add that when configuring this e-mail to a BB phone/Outlook/Ipad I got no trouble whatsoever. Just typed the e-mail and password and voila.
I will appreciate any guidance with this regard.
