Going to be about 8pm here on Wednesday in Perth. Cant wait, provided RIMs servers dont die...
This should be a nice little scaled down test for their servers for a big OS update. If this is how BlackBerry 10 phones are going to get updates they need all the practice they can get.
i herd the ozzys not getting it because they dont share there great weather with the scottish folks we blocking it sorry QuantumFish777 you cant have all the sunny days and an update
If its 4AM EST Tuesday 21st, Perth should be one of the first to get the update no?
I'm in Melbourne (do they take day light savings into consideration?) and a few updates I have woken up to see an update ready. I doubt it will hit on Wednesday.
Never the less I won't be waking up at 3 or 4 am to test the theory.

Ummm, no.
4AM EST comes at the same time for everyone. Nobody will be "first"

You haven't seen an Australian weather report lately have you? It's been a very Scottish summer here.
Normally most firmware updates I would wait a few days to see what the fallout is and if there are any major issues, but there are so many features and enhancements I want that are in 2.0 that I'll be on it straight away and worry about bug fixes later.
The date for feb 21st 4am was never comfirm by RIM?? Right??
Nothing was ever confirmed by RIM other than "February". A RIM exec "let it slip" that it was the 21st, and several other leaked documents have confirmed it, but the 4:00 AM was only on a single leaked document.
It will be 7:00 AM for me (assuming that leaked document was right), and I have to leave at 7:35... Did you know that slow WiFi speeds can cause colds?
