I've had a curve 8520 for something like 2 years now, but it's starting to annoy me with weirdo powering and battery problems, and I changed the cover on it a few months ago and I've not felt right with it since.
I'm thinking of getting the curve 9300, I know it's not a massive difference and some would probably consider it old now but I'm not paying 450 for the bold 9900 when I really dislike the look of the keyboard O2 BlackBerry Curve
So anyway, anyone with this phone got any good/bad comments? Anyone upgraded in a similar fashion? Are there any major differences I should know about? Or does anyone know of a newer yet still relatively cheaper blackberry without the horrible keyboard?

If you like the Curve family why not try the Curve 9360 this phone can be purchased in Toronto Canada in around $200.00 range practically brand new with all accessories

And if I bought that brand new from Canada it would work here in the UK fine? Could I buy it on O2 there or would I have to buy one unlocked?
Re Bold 9900 i have to ask why is the price of the Bold 9900 450 English pounds your paying almost $700.00 Canadian for that Bold 9900 WOW!! here in Canada we can buy an Unlocked 10/10 mint shaped for $350.00 Canadian.
I can`t believe the price difference...
Anyway Good Luck
I have had 8520 Storm9520 9300 9360 9700 9780 out of all so far i prefer the 9360.. slim, sleek design faster processor more on board memory and for the price you can`t beat it..
I bought my curve 8520 from ebay unlocked and it was in great condition no faults but I'm trying to avoid ebay this time. The battery on mine is annoying me now and I know BB batteries aren't too great but I'm hoping that if I buy it from a proper shop it'll be brand new and the battery will last longer lol plus if i'm not happy I can get a refund

6 months ago, I upgraded my 8520 to a 9300. I must say, that with OS6 on it, it feels like it is 100 times better! And it actually is 100 times better.
Universal search changes my way of using this phone.
The only downside is that he looks more or less the same, and that in my experience the battery is just a tiny bit less on the 9300.
I'm considering the 9360 now, it's a lot more than I would like to spend on a phone but it does have OS 7 so I can see myself keeping it for a good few years
I just recently bought a Curve 3G and even for its age it is a great phone. I have not run into anything I have seen other phones do that the Curve 3G has been unable to handle.
I'm actually ordering my first Blackberry tonight and I was considering both the 9300 and the 9360 but after reading this thread (and others) I'm leaning more towards the 9360, even if it costs about SEK 800 more.
Just remember if you purchase the 9360 UPGRADE it asap... you will find issues with the original OS7 its garbage...
make sure you read all the posts on the Curve 9360 you will find a lot of helpful advise and info.
