ok well i have the 8310 and i was replaceing the face plate today and when i took off the cover the antenna riped a little bit and now it seems evey few text it wont send claiming network out of order then i resend and it works

dose that sound bad and if so whats a fix?

Live with it for a few days to make sure that this really is the problem. If it is, try calling www.bbremairshop.com to see if they can help. They fixed my 8310 when it needed expert hardware help.

I too accidentally ripped my antenna. Not serverely. Best option is too but a new housing which already has a new antenna attached.
