My blackberry 9810 won't charge instead it shows a c 3 sign inside the battery bar I don't know what this means because it has never happened before please how can I fix this thanks
The only thing that comes to mind: Is that an original OEM battery or is it one of those batteries than need to copy the original (OEM) battery's ID with a cradle?
I've read that when disconnected from the phone, these "unofficial" batteries will lose the "OEM ID" and you'll have to use the cradle to copy the ID again.
I got me a new battery and charger to just swap the depleted one with the fresh one, as my battery won't last through a whole day. But I used crackberry's shop, just to be sure... there seem to be some bogus batteries even on Amazon.
