    Hi everyone. Since updating to Verizon's latest os for the 9930 I have realized that the call forwarding option is missing. Has this happened to anyone else? I know that you can activate call forwarding by dialing *72 plus the # but I would rather have the option in my BlackBerry.

    Press the green call button then the Menu Key and choose Options. You should see Call Forwarding listed.

    i did that and it brought me to call management. call forwarding is not listed there on my phone. but i know it should be there.

    i already reinstalled the os but it still would not show up.

    I'm starting to think it might be a Verizon thing. I will call them later and ask.

    Verizon has no clue what im talking about. they are insisting on their way, the *72 way. but their way forwards calls right away and not conditionally.

    I've never noticed that option on 7.0, but if you pull up the help section on forwarding, it says something about the sim card, so maybe its only on gsm 9900 models?

    Since both of you are on Verizon and are missing the Call Forwarding option, it might be that Verizon doesn't support it anymore.

    I'm rolling back to 374 for several reasons, so I'll take a look after.

    That is strange, on my old 8330 with Sprint it was there (cdma). Okay, who's gonna call Vz Cs and ask?

    They do support call forwarding. Just can't find the conditional call forwarding option in my bb.

    Nope, no forwarding option in 374. I hardly use forwarding anyhow, but *72 works well enough for when I need it.

    K thanks. Guess they never supported that option. I came from a GSM berry and it had it. Must just be a VZW thing.

    Options-> Call Management-> Call forwarding

    That panel must be accessed once. I think.

    Just found this on verizon's site,
    Enabling / Disabling Call Forwarding

    Sorry to bring up an old thread but since latest leak of OS for 9930 Youmail doesn't work for me anymore. Don't know why it isn't listed on the 9930's call management area.

    Same problem here. Youmail is a disaster since I upgraded to 1737. If I call voice mail from my phone, it doesn't recognize my PIN.
