Listening to the New CEO of RIM on FOX Business today, the CEO outlined his focus and said this is his focus over the next 9 months.

They already have BB7 Devices out, they gearing up for Playbook OS 2.0 next month and then BB10.

Based on the CEO, i'm assuming BB10 devices by September 2012.

I thought this was the already expected target date for bb10? Late 3rd early 4th quarter after being pushed back from early 2012. We'll see what happens.

He said "the next 9 months". I'd say that puts it out till at least October. Especially since he was talking about his focus. Even if manufacturing started in September, getting the needed volume created, marketed and distributed could still take it out to December.

I think September was the target for launch. I really hope they don't delay it further. The strike back needs to start as soon as possible!

I got a damn Droid and I was just about to get a 9790. Should I wait forBB10? I just hate these shut downs, poor battery, etc... BB7 useless in 9months....
