Hi, have a problem with my Curve 8520.
It seems that the trackball is blocked from time to time for some minutes ,so can�t move the cursor.
What can I do?

Mix rubbing alcohol (40%) and distilled water (60%). Turn off BB. LIGHTLY coat a q-tip with solution and apply to trackball, while rotating trackball. Let dry for 5 min. Turn on BB, lock keyboard and gently rub front of BB on a sheet of paper in a circular motion. should do the trick.

The 8520 uses a trackpad, are you sure that you have an 8520 and not an 83XX?

Sorry, you are right,it�s a 8520 with trackpad.
Will be the procedure the same?
Or have I to try in another way?
