I called Sprint today and they said that the 8830 is not compatible with NFL mobile and that the website is incorrect in stating that it is. A Sprint rep tried to get it installed on my device (8830WE) including Sprint TV and he was unsuccesful.

I did some searching on Google and I found this link http://gospv.com/fbs . I text the link to myself and was able to download and install NFL Live mobile. The audio and video doesnt work but I can live with it.

I do not have Sprint TV and I do not know how long it will work. I will also say that I am running 4.5 beta so that may be the missing link. Good luck! I am a football fan and I have to say that this app is hot.

I downloaded NFL mobile yesterday, off of the crackberry blog, it installed on my VZW bb8830. I just noticed it was slow switching between different sections

I have an 8830 on Sprint running OS 4.5

I first installed the 8830.jad. It ran fine, but video page said not supported on my device. So, I uninstalled it, and install the 8330.jad. It also works fine, and now I get the videos.

    8330.jad works best on 8830 running 4.5

I have an 8830 on Verizon and it seems to work so far. Scratch that I get everything but the NFL network. No video or audio supported by this device.
