Tired of the buttons freeze issues, and tired of waiting for 7.1, had BB 9550 since it came out and 9860 as I don't like physical keyboard phones, had no other option than switching to Iphone 4S... Really loved the 9860 at first but when the buttons issues came it was total frustration... Hope BB gets a better full touch device in the future but for now welcome Iphone 4S

The back button has been an issue for a certain percentage of users. Similar to the number of bricked 9900's that have not come out of bedside mode.

Can't blame you the back button issue was it for me also...got the Galaxy Nexus and replaced my daughter's 9550 with the Nexus S for Christmas.
Now I have 3 more BB's in our house to replace...as you can see I too was a big BB fanboy.
With all the delays and lies enough is enough.
Just got back my 9860 from repair and going up for sale.
