First i will say this isn't the first time i have done a "jailbreak" on a device, and i truly have tried to search through all the information before i asked but i am still confused on one thing.

With an absent mind i update my playbook to version 1.0.8 6067, is it still possible to root my playbook?

if so how?

yes, you need to have it rooted. i haven't tested this under OS2, but i guess it also works.
