I have looked everywhere and cant find the answer

We are running BES 4.1.7 and will be upgrading to 5.0 in the near future

My question is we have alot of Curve 9300's that are running on OS version 5.0 and we want to upgrade them to version 6.0 but when we try to do a wireless upgrade from the devices they are saying 5.0 is the only current version avaiable for that device but when you check on AT&T's site version 6 is the most current

    Am I missing something?

Do you have your BES server set to allow users to do the wireless upgrade? Also, do you have it set to only allow approved upgrades, and have not approved the OS 6 upgrade? I have BES 5, so I can't really help you or tell you where to look in 4.1.7.
