Since the rooting and install of Android, I cant play any sound on the playbook. It actually does make a sound - a weird screeching noise right out of a horror movie. Anyone else have a similar issue ?
I had something similar when pressing buttons. Instead of playing the keypress sound, it played something similar to what you're describing. I think I ended up doing a wipe (b/c I wasn't getting root, not b/c of the sound) and haven't had a problem since.
