    There's no need. Root access allows an iOS device to be jailbroken. The specific limitation jailbreaking removes is the confinement to iTunes for application loading. Jailbreaking allows side-loading applications.

    My point is that rooting is rooting. What you do with that root access may deserve another descriptor. For instance "custom ROM loading".

    I'd think the 'DingleBerry PlayBook' or having a dingleberried PlayBook would roll off the tongue better as a noun.

    Dingling a PlayBook or having your PlayBook dingled would be the verb form.

    A DingleBook sounds more like a netbook setup solely for the purpose of dingling PlayBooks.

    I like Dingled/Dingling... all these are done after rooting your device... after rooting iOS you can jailbreak it. After rooting the PB why not Dingle it?
