Hey everybody.
This is my first blackberry bold 9000 also as my first blackberry =)
I'm so happy with it because it's everything i need and do.
But i have a problem that i can't sync to the pc using Blackberry Desktop Manager(recent version now).
I just needed to transfer my pictures from my microsd to my pc.
I don't have nothing that i can connect my memory card to my pc.
So please is there any way i can fix this?
Thank you
make sure you have the correct software version of your BB 9000 installed on your PC and that all other versions have been removed. My 9000 synchs and backups using DM every day.
i think i did
besides its my first and only blackberry so theres no previous versions
i can backup, put and remove applications
but i just cant transfer the pictures i take to my pc
it wont show on "my computer"
i tried reloading the os, the battery pull out, restore to its defaults
i have no clue
any help pls?
ohh forgot to mention
how do i setup the email account?
i already did all my info and email from hotmail
but it still wont show up on the home screen
also i noticed that when im connect to a wifi connection theres always a white bar
instead a green as "ok"
any ideas?
That's one of the first things i did and still nothing.
I think the main problem is the phone because i got it connect to a total different computer.
Different OS...brand of pc and all that.
So is there anything else?
I'm thinking that it could be the phone OS or the usb could be damage maybe but not likely because i can update it, backup it up, install and remove applications.
Almost everything except media files and all that.
So please if there's experts out there...COME OVER HERE! lol
Also i forgot to mention that blackberry maps wont show up at my phone...i installed it form desktop manager...i tried the hide and show all option and still its missing the app in the phone...any ideas someone?
Thanks yall and have a nice day
1. To copy the pictures from the Media Card to the computer, just take it out of the BlackBerry and use and card reader in the computer to copy the files directly.
2. As to email and BlackBerry Maps, do you have and active BlackBerry Data Plan?
