After installing OS .706 from New Zealand, BB REBOOTS THE ALL I GET IS A WHITE SCREEN.. I'm really confused

Yes i deleted the vendor.xml file
Yes i tried whipping device even tried factory reset
Yes the Screen works
Yes i tried both DM and app loader + BBSK



Yes I'm puzzled by this, what could i be doing wrong, PLEASE HELP>>

Is the screen displaying the 507 Reload System Software? Have you tried restarting the computer and trying again?

I had the exact problem as deondraee. It took me over 10hrs to get it to load.
I'm not sure how I got it to load, but I did the following:
1). Delete all Vendor.exe files
2). Wipe device several times
3). Uninstalled & reinstalled software many, many times
4). Unistalled Desktop Software (just installed 7.0. Days before)
5). Reinstalled Desktop Software version 6.0.2)
6). Reinstalled OS .706 & it worked

Sorry i made more than one thread by mistake and i don't know how to delete the other, I've tried deleting it but not sure

Yes i did numerous battery pulls like 25 times in fact
its not displaying anything, just a white screen


WHEN I CONNECT IT TO THE COMPUTER WITH THE WHITE SCREEN SHOWING, THE OMPUTER READS IT..meaning i can access the bb using the computer.

AGHHHH REALLY, i wish i new how you made it work because I've unistalled and installed the .706 and also the .668 like 5 times each but nothing. can you post a link for the Desktop software version 6.0.2 PLEASE

Also, after reinstalling the OS, check in C:/Program Files/Common FileS/Research In Motion/Shared/Loader Files/9700Asia_v6.0.0.706_P6.6.0.246
