From where and exactly how are you attempting to DL Pattern Lock? Free or premium version?

I'm getting the same issue & I bought it when I had my 9800. This morning it came out of my uninstalled list, but was available to buy in the regular apps section. So, I tried buying and got the same error.

Bought mine from the crackberry store when i had the 9800, now got the 9900. Downloaded and installed 2.1 fine, but pattern lock resolution on the screen of the 9900 is smaller than the screen itself. Something's gone wrong but not sure what :-S

9810 running the official .474 on an ATT phone and all is well. PatternLock (not the free version) downloaded and installed from AppWorld without a hitch. Works perfectly for me.

I'm having the issue (service error), too. On .474 on AT&T. On the front news comments, a support tech from PL's makers said it was an App World issue. That App World should properly update within about 24 hours, so those of us who had it on the 9800 (or before) get the update for free.

They are working on an overall solution, not doing any more individual fixes.

I had this error 30220 problem with several apps. What fixed it for me was uninstalling App World, and installing a 2.0 version of App World instead. My apps reinstalled fine after that. Later, I put 3.0 back on and wasn't getting the error anymore. Hopefully, they have fixed this in the new 3.1 version.
