When I click the sound icon it does nothing. I tried several reboots and battery pulls. I noticed this yesterday when I tried to put my phone to vibrate during a meeting. Anyone having the same problems?

Nobody that I know has had any tropuble with sound alerts. Are you saying that if you select the speaker icon in the ALL section of where your apps are located or up on top on the left hand side and try and open it, it will not open for you to select a sound profile?
If so I would think about backing up your BB and reloading your OS or take it back to the carrier and swap it for another since you have a 1 year warranty. Hope it works out for you and good luck.
