    i can't use it either! i'm in the US in New Jersey and I get the error saying its not available in my region. wtf!

    I'm in the US and had the same problem until I found the solution here on CB.

    Turn off your mobile network and connect to Wifi only.

    Open BBM Music and let is register and load.

    Once everything is setup, connect to you mobile network and it should work.
