please help why my address book isn't installed

when I enter to sync. organizers I can find the address book "isn't installed" note
why ?!!! I need to sync right now please help me to organize my phone book

Youi have to go into your DM and start out by setting up your syncing in there with Outlook, Once you set up Outlook to sync with your BB in DM you will have no trouble after that syncing any Outlook contacts. Go under Syncronization and choose the first choice there.
