I have to say this worked flawlessly for me just now. I went to Youtube and found the video of Tony Bennet & Lady Gaga singing "The Lady is a Tramp" in 720p. Followed the instructions in the video from Mr. LimeTrip and it worked very quickly, and downloaded quickly, and played very very nicely!!!
A couple of things that might confuse some folks.
1. there were 2 popups. When I clicked on the x in the upper right corner of the popup, yeah, it disappeared but they triggered a new tab to open. Simple to deal with: just swipe down from the top bezel and close the new tab.
2. the download occurs in the background. To see the progress, swipe down from the top bezel and tap "downloads". Once it is finished, there is an option to open the file. Or, go to media/videos and find it there in your download list. This music video came thru at about 50 MB and took only a minute or so. I set all the filsh options at their maximum settings.

Indeed it did. There are quite a few websites that allow you to download Youtube videos but this one is the easiest to work with (out of all the ones I have tried). 2 Thumbs Up!!!

Paste your URL and see everything on the site, in downloadable links. The YouTube videos usually show up in a few formats and quality levels. Click and hold a link till you get the save as option.
Whats great about this site is you can do basically the same thing but with .swf files (flash games etc..), pictures and audio files.
