    3% on WiFi/3G
Same with .353 then. The difference kicks in when using 3G

For os upgrades, does upgrade for 9900 translate to being also for the 9930? Thanks.

Nobody can possibly comment on battery life yet, and no, this won't work on the 9930

Please keep all comments regarding this OS in the leaked OS forum thread, where they belong...

I've been on it for an hour. Obviously not enough to notice much. I'm coming from Rogers original 261. I avoided 353 all out cause of the negative comments. I've read fantastic stuff from the 9360 guys on 400 so I'm hoping it'll be great for us too.
So far all I noticed is very fast (they were already fast but now even faster) boot up times and about 12MB more free mem-- up to 238 from 224 or 226.

I'm not sure if this is related to installing 440 last night, but this morning all messages are coming in as truncated due to size on Rogers.

Could be that the BIS 4.1 is rolling out on Rogers? I upgraded to 440 and I did not experience at all this message (T-Mobile USA)

By far the best build for 9900 I've had. Speedy, best battery life, signal, browsing etc.

UMTS file? Is that having to do with the radio (networks)?
