    Hi all,

    I recently moved to Germany and brought my Verizon Storm with me (it has Storm 2 software from what I understand).

    When I arrived, I signed up with an internet-based SIM card provider called simyo.de. As part of my pre-paid "plan," I have a flat internet charge for 30 days. The problem is, I can't use it.

    For example, when I go to "setup" to try to setup my e-mail account, I get a message saying "Your device had a problem connecting to the server." Additionally, the "internet" icon has disappeared from the menu.

    What can I do?

    Typically, you would need a BlackBerry specific data plan (not a generic one) in order to get BlackBerry specific data such a Email and the Browser.
