I locked myself out of the sprint BB 9930 I had purchased. It now says that I have 0 MEP attempts left to unlock my phone.

Can I get it hard unlocked? Where can I get it done?

You can verify with hardlocked.com but i think they only support older devices.

most blackberrys can be set back up to 10 attempts but as stated above the newer blackberry's I think your sol for now

There are some unlocking services (data cable only) that you can try to use.
DM3 won't work for that model but there are different services more in use on the shops and not so advertise on the web... it's worth to visit you local phone shops to see if it can be released.
