I am trying to shrink OS 6.0.0.615 using BB Boss and it refuses to actually remove any of the files. After I checkmark what I would like to remove and click "modify on disk", the file change is always 0mb. I have shrunk OS's using this program before so I am pretty stumped here. I have tried deleting and reinstalling both the OS and BB Boss from my laptop multiple times.
Help please!! My 9700 needs more breathing room. Thanks in advance.

FOr whatever reason your user account on the computer does not have the proper permissions to access the files. To fix this you need to use any administrator account, navigate to the "common files" folder and open the "properties" menu for the folder. Go to the security page and give ALL accounts full access to the folder and associated sub-folders. This will fix it for you.

The problem may not actually be that you don't have administrator privileges, it's that you don't have full control over it becuase you are not the "owner" of the folder.
