I'm trying to transfer my bbm contacts and phone contacts to my new bold. I don't want to transfer all my other information.. Just phone contacts and bbm contacts. What's the best/easiest process to do both?

Do a local backup of your BBm contacts in the BBM app (it works more reliably than the remote backup)

For your standard contacts, just use BB Protect.

Or backup with the BlackBerry Desktop Software and do a selective restore of just those databases.
