Blackberry ID wont allow me to accerss my BB account. I can access it on line, and the password is correct - just tells me it's not a valid combination.

Any idea's?

Backup the device and run a Security Wipe. Then download the latest version of App World and try again.

So.. you mean you can not login on your phone. But you can on the web using a PC?

Thanks, but just in case I'm missing the obvious ( very likely) so I back up my 9900 to my mac, using BB desktop manager, then do the security wipe, and surely if I then reinstall from the desktop manager I'll just end up with everything exactly as it is now?

Try changing the time settings from automatic to manual (or vice verca). Don't know why, but worked for me a couple of times

App World apps yes. Others not backed up by Desktop Manager will need to be re-installed.

I had the same problem, did a security wipe and now all is good. Hopefully it works for you

1st method..
log on and log out your bbid using your pc then try afterwards with your bb..

2nd method...
make a new account so i was told...

I have the same problem not being able to log into my blackberry id, so I cannot access my phone at all.
How do I backup my blackberry on my pc? I'm not even sure if I have a desktop manager installed.
